Formcreator plugin for GLPI is a plugin which allows to create custom forms of easy access and also one or more tickets or changes when the form is filled.

Formcreator allows you to add any rows to create your perfect form customised for your specific needs. Formcreator plugin is your #1 tool for GLPI to make customized forms where you can ask user and customers all necessary information: bio and company details, descriptions of the problem, department, etc.
You can choose GLPI Object like Computers, Monitors… for example:
Once the form is ready, you can publish it in your GLPI. The filled in forms can have 2 destinations tickets or change management
As a tech specialist you will receive the notification about the filled in form. You can validate the form and proceed with the ticket or you can change its status:

Cette version est un correctif pour 2.7.0. Un de ces correctis requiert un saut vers 2.8.0
Le plugin est compatible avec GLPI 9.3 et 9.4.
Corrections de bugs:
* checkboxesfield: Prend en cahrge le cas où une seule option est cochée
* dropdownfield: Mauvaise restriction d’entité
* dropdownfield: Maivaise prise en charge de sous arbre pour les catégories ITIL
* form: Corrige l’envoi de fichiers de manière anonyme

* formanswer: Utilisation d’un champ inexistant pour le décompte
