Can I install GLPI on-premises?
Yes, you can install GLPI on-premises. Please, check “Download” page.
Important: GLPI is distributed under GNU General Public License, which does not include editor´s guarantee and support. It means, that the support of all kinds is available only if you have valid GLPI Network Subscription.
Installation and configuration of GLPI on-premises is available via our partners only for GLPI Network Subscription customers. All services from partners are provided for extra fee. Please, check the list here: https://glpi-project.org/partners/

Can I install GLPI on cloud?
Yes, you can install GLPI on cloud.
We offer GLPI Network Cloud which is already pre-installed and includes backups/updates/serever maintainance/exclusive plugins/support L.3.

Is GLPI compatible with ISO 20 000 (X)?
GLPI has no official ISO 20 000 compatibility certificate, but some users have passed ISO certification audit because of its features scope.
Is GLPI ITIL compliant?
GLPI does not have an official verification of compliance with ITIL good practices processes, but it offers tools / features / processes that allows an organization to successfully go through this type of verification.

What is the difference between your cloud and on-premises offer?
GLPI Network Cloud is a ready-to-go solution. That means you do not have to spend time on initial setup, the platform is already configured! We also offer:
1. Free data migration
2. Updates (on-premises is extra fee service from partners)
3. Backups (on-premises is extra fee service from partners)
4. Server maintainance (on-premises is extra fee service from partners)
5. Exclusive plugins (available in GLPI Network Subscription package)
6. Unlimited assets (on-premises see “GLPI Network Subscription limitations”)
What level of support do you offer for on-premises?
We only offer support L.3 (bugfixes). All other services are offered by our partners-integrators.
What SLA do you offer?
Service opening time: 5 days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (GMT Paris,
excluding weekends and public holidays) ;
Bugs Support < 4 hours ;
Workaround (patch delivery): 48 hours ;
Final resolution (committed on official community branch) : 12 days
Do you offer paid development?
For feature requests, use the suggest dedicated site (https://suggest.glpi-project.org ) unless you are going to work on it yourself. We check it very often.
