After several weeks, Teclib’ is happy to announce the release of GLPI 9.4.5.
You can download the GLPI 9.4.5 archive on GitHub.
You’ll find below the changes of this bug fixes version:
- add link PDU to tickets,
- fix several issues on search queries,
- fix LDAP group import,
- fix linking of ITIL objects depending on status
- fix case issues synchronising Active Directory emails
- and more!

At Teclib’ we are excited to announce the release of GLPI Agent for Android.
What is GLPI Agent?
GLPI Agent is an application used for software and hardware inventory for Android-based phones (for the moment).
The data collected by GLPI Agent directly goes to the ITSM GLPI software via the FusionInventory plugin.

What features you can expect in this release:
- New design of the interface
- Manual run and send the inventory
- Schedule tasks to run and send the inventory
- Send inventory to multiple GLPI servers
- Show local inventory under the app (app has a feature which allows user to look at the data retrieved by the inventory)
- Share local inventory (sms / mails / bluetooth etc …) – share it (an xml / json file) via native Android sharing
- Start app on a system boot
- QR code and Deeplink management to pre-fill agent configuration (requires a plugin available only in the GLPI Network subscription)

Le plugin Formcreator pour GLPI vous permet de créer des formulaires personnalisés afin de recueillir au mieux les éléments nécessaires au traitement d’une demande ou d’un incident. Une prévisualisation est disponible pendant la phase de création. Quand le formulaire est validé, le plugin crée un ou plusieurs tickets ou demande de changement.
Exemple de formulaire d’arrivée d’un collaborateur avec menu déroulant, champs texte, liste de choix, cases à cocher…

Formcreator vous permet de créer vos formulaires métiers, clients afin de recueillir précisément les informations dont vous avez besoin dans les tickets pour vos agents.
Les objets de GLPI disponibles sont également sélectionnables dans le formulaire :
Une fois le formulaires prêt vous définissez les profils ayant accès au formulaire, la création d’un ou plusieurs tickets, une demande de changement, si les elements associés sont nouveaux ou ceux selectionnés dans la formulaire.
