What are the advantages of this platform? First of all, you do not need set-up anything – on AWS GLPI is already configured and ready to be used. Second, if you are not a frequent user for sure you will like the option to pay only for the time you are actually using GLPI (pay per hour).
In other cases we advise to check annual prices to save the money.
Annual software subscription requires one time up front payment with no ongoing charges, and covers all software fees for the selected instance type. Hourly AWS infrastructure usage fees still apply.

Formcreator est un plugin permettant la création de formulaires personnalisés simples d’accès aux utilisateurs aboutissant à la création d’un ou plusieurs tickets GLPI.
Fonctionnalités
- Accès par menu direct en interface self-service
- Mise en avant de formulaires en pages d’accueil
- Accès des formulaires contrôlés : accès public, accès utilisateurs identifiés, accès restreint à certains profils
- Des formulaires simples et personnalisables
- Des formulaires organisés par catégories, par entités et par langues.
- Des questions ouvertes ou fermées, de tout type de présentation : Champs textes, listes, LDAP, fichiers, etc.
- Organisation des questions par sections. Choix de l’ordre d’affichage.
- Possibilité de n’afficher une question que selon certains critères (réponse à une autre question)

Meet FormCreator plugin for GLPI – a plugin which allows creation of custom forms of easy access. At the same time, this plugin allows the creation of one or more tickets or changes when the form is filled.
Main features:
- Direct access to forms self-service interface in main menu
- Highlighting forms in homepages
- Access to forms controlled: public access, identified user access, restricted access to some profiles
- Simple and customizable forms
- Forms organized by categories, entities and languages.
- Questions of any type of presentation: Textareas, lists, LDAP, files, etc.

Some weeks ago, we released a beta version for GLPI 9.4. Many of you have tested it and reported some issues in this previous version, and we thank you for these reports.
Today, we release a new release candidate archive with a lot of additional fixes for the future version of GLPI 9.4.

How you can help us ?
Download the RC archive, test the migration and the new features (you may also test the existing ones) and report us the issues you encounter on the bug tracker (tag it as ).
Translators, please add the missing sentences for your language on transifex.

Muy pronto, lanzaremos la nueva versión menor de GLPI: 9.4. Se lanzará con muchas nuevas características, aquí hay una lista:
- Rescrito el motor de búsqueda y ahora con criterios anidados.
- Nueva experiencia de usuario para la base de conocimiento.
- Línea de tiempo disponible sobre cambios e incidencias.
- Libera las pestañas antiguas (documentos, tareas, seguimientos) y mantenga solo el cronograma de los tiques.
- Consola de línea de comandos centralizada (ver documentación actualizada)
- Nuevo motor de reglas para los activos.
- Texto enriquecido siempre activado (se ha eliminado el parámetro de configuración)
- Ancle pestañas de personalización en el perfil
